C.A.R.E.S. Recognition Certificates
Linwood A+ students are taught the C.A.R.E.S. skills, which include Cooperation, Assertion, Responsibility, Empathy, and Self Control. When a student is observed demonstrating one of the C.A.R.E.S. skills, they may be nominated by a staff member or another student for a C.A.R.E.S. Recognition Certificate. The staff member or student fills out a 1/2 sheet recognition form, which gets displayed outside the student's classroom. The student who demonstrated the C.A.R.E.S. skill then recieves an award certificate to take home and share with their family members.

Ask your child to give you examples of the C.A.R.E.S. skills, and share examples of them at home, too! These are skills we can use every day of our lives!
