| | | | | Personal Timeline Requirements | This is a very important second grade project to answer the question "How have you changed over time?". The grade for this project will be reflected on the report card in March. These are the requirements for the timeline project:
1. There must be five or more events on the timeline.
2. Events must include important times of the second grader's life. For example, learning how to ride a bike, the first day of school, a special birthday or moving to a new home. Make sure it does not include every birthday or every first day of school, choose interesting events.
3. Dates or ages must be included for each event and they must be in the correct order in which they happened.
4. How the student has changed over time must be included somewhere on the timeline.
Extra tip: The students will present their personal timeline to the class during Morning Meeting sharing. Practice at home so your child feels confident doing this in class. |
